JIC Hydraulikarmaturen
JIC-Fittings, auch Joint Industry Council-Fittings genannt, sind Gewinde, die häufig in Hydrauliksystemen verwendet werden. Es handelt sich um ein standardisiertes Gewinde mit einem 37-Grad-Bördelwinkel, das für seine Zuverlässigkeit und einfache Montage bekannt ist.
Beschreibung
Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um einen JIC-Anschluss (oder Joint Industry Council), beide Enden haben ein JIC-Gewinde, JIC ist durch die Standards SAE J514 und MIL-DTL-18866 definiert, es handelt sich um eine Art Bördelanschluss, der mit einer 37-Grad-Bördelsitzfläche bearbeitet wurde.
Sie werden üblicherweise aus Messing, Kohlenstoffstahl und Edelstahl hergestellt. JIC-Hydraulikarmaturen sind in den meisten Fluidtechniksystemen üblich. JIC-Gewinde werden auch in männliche und weibliche JIC-Gewinde mit Überwurfmutter unterteilt.
